Dr. Plucinski received his medical degree from the University of Antigua, and is board certified in Family Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at the Connecticut School of Medicine. He is former graduate of SUNY Albany and Plymouth State University where he earned a master’s in business administration. Dr. Plucinski has a special interest in Critical Care Medicine and specializes in point of care ultrasound and inpatient procedures. He holds specialty training certificates in Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine Procedures and Critical Care Ultrasound. For his work in the underserved community, he was awarded the Doctors Across New York State grant, and he has been published in the American Academy of Dermatology Case Report in 2016, (2016 Sep;2(5): 422-423).
